Clay Christmas Village Workshop
Create your own miniature winter wonderland with handbuilt clay houses that glow from within. In this festive workshop, participants will craft a collection of tiny facades that come together to form a charming village display perfect for the holidays.
Working with air-dry clay and simple hand-building techniques, you’ll shape, carve, and detail your own architectural creations. Cut out windows and doors that allow candlelight or LED tea lights to shine through, creating a magical glow. Each participant makes multiple buildings plus optional accessories like trees, snowmen, or benches to complete their village scene.
No pottery wheel or kiln needed - these pieces air-dry at home and can be painted or left in their natural clay finish. The meditative process of shaping tiny houses by hand is surprisingly addictive, and you’ll leave with a village that becomes a cherished part of your holiday traditions.
Perfect for anyone who loves miniatures, architectural details, or creating heirloom decorations that tell a story.
Join us on Sunday, December 7th from 11 - 1PM at THE EXCHANGE 617 Marin Street in Old Town Vallejo.
As always space is limited and we tend to sell out so sign up early before all seats are gone.
Please understand that buying a ticket to an event or workshop is no different than buying a concert, theater, or movie ticket and we are unable to offer refunds. You are of course always welcome to gift your seat to a friend if you cannot make it!
