Hosted by Cultivate Community Food Co-op and The Exchange, the evening will feature a 20-minute documentary celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Kootenay Food Co-op in Nelson, British Columbia, which relates its journey from small buying club to a thriving, community-owned hub focused on local food, sustainability and community resilience.
